The contributors to this Blog are Michael Johnson and Nairy Baghdikian. We are the founding Directors of Cogentum, a Melbourne Australia, based Strategy, Insight and Innovation advisory firm.

Our focus is on assisting organisations to develop new growth strategies and innovation through a clear and concise understanding of their customer needs.

Both Michael and Nairy have extensive experience in this area. Over 20 plus years each. Which means we’ve seen a lot, seen what works, what doesn’t and are hopefully a little wiser for the journey.
